Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your NEEWER account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
